Instagram down: Insta mobile app works after global outage

Instagram is down overall for several users. Most users complain that they cannot access profiles or refresh the feed. Stories and reels work perfectly well. The breakdown tracking site Descent detector shows that Instagram has been down since 10:45 p.m. India Standard Time (IST). According to the website, most users experience problems loading the feed and profiles. The desktop version seems to work perfectly fine. Stories and reels load correctly on the app and on the web. The DownDetector website shows that most users have problems refreshing the feed and profiles.

India Today Tech also experienced the outage. Stream and Profiles don’t load for us, but Reels and Stories work perfectly fine. So if you thought your WiFi was working, you were wrong.
